Also often referred to as Mayan Abdominal Massage, I have never met a person trained through Don Elijio Panti’s Maya lineage (often via Rosita Arvigo) who didn’t take really good care of my womb while I was on her table.

Both of these websites have a “find a therapist” tab, where you can find local certified practitioners near you (though I have found there are also many trained Arvigo and Abdominal therapists who are not on the website). There are also Self-Care classes you can take – or take it a step further and become a practitioner yourself, if you are so called! We definitely need more!
